Privacy Policy
CRNASalary publishes independent compensation research. We collect as little personal information as possible and never sell or share what we do collect.
What we collect
Salary submissions. When you use the Submit Salary form, we collect base salary, state, optional city, work setting, employment type, years of experience, and optional contractor details (call pay, malpractice, hours, sign-on bonus). We do not ask for your name, email, employer, or any other identifying information.
Server logs. Like all websites, our hosting provider records request metadata (IP address, user agent, timestamp) for security and abuse prevention. IP addresses are used only for rate-limiting submissions and are not joined to your salary data.
Analytics. We use Vercel Analytics, which records page views without cookies and without third-party tracking.
Email address (state report requests). When you request a state CRNA compensation report, we collect your email address, the state you requested, the page you came from, and any UTM parameters in the URL. We use this only to send you the report you requested and (if you don't unsubscribe) occasional updates to that report when underlying data changes.
How we use it
Salary submissions are aggregated into ranges of 10 or more responses before any publication. Individual records are never displayed, exported, or shared. We use submissions only to improve the accuracy of benchmarks on this site.
Email addresses are stored in our database and in our email service provider (Resend) so we can deliver the report you requested. We do not sell, rent, or share email addresses with anyone, including recruiters, staffing firms, or other third parties.
What we do not do

- We do not share submissions or email addresses with employers, recruiters, or staffing agencies.
- We do not use third-party advertising networks or behavioral tracking.
- We do not publish individual submissions.
Your choices
Salary submissions are anonymous, so we cannot retrieve or delete a specific record.
Email addresses. Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link in the footer, which immediately removes you from future sends. To delete your email address from our records entirely (including historical lead data), email data@crnasalary.com from the address you want removed and we'll handle it within 10 business days.
If you're in the EU (GDPR) or California (CCPA), the same email address — data@crnasalary.com — is the channel for access, correction, deletion, and "do not sell" requests. We do not sell personal information in any jurisdiction.
